Product Manager

The Product Manager drives the continuous development of our vertical operational products. You will embed yourself in the realities of our clients' industries, translating complex operational workflows into high-impact product roadmaps.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a specific vertical product, from initial discovery to launch and iteration.
  • Conduct continuous user research, interviews, and on-site observation to deeply understand field service and continuing care workflows.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month product roadmap aligned with company revenue goals and client retention metrics.
  • Write detailed Product Requirement Documents and user stories that leave no ambiguity for engineering teams.
  • Prioritize the engineering backlog, balancing technical debt, new features, and immediate client needs.
  • Collaborate with design teams to wireframe solutions, review prototypes, and validate UX decisions with users.
  • Define, track, and analyze core product metrics to evaluate feature success and inform future iteration.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional agile ceremonies to ensure engineering velocity and alignment.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, release notes, and sales enablement materials.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on your vertical product for the executive team, sales, and account management.
  • Manage expectations across multiple internal and external stakeholders, communicating roadmap changes transparently.
  • Analyze competitor products and broader market trends to ensure Hubnest maintains its operational edge.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex operational technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a complex software product from concept to successful commercial launch.
  • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.
  • Proven experience writing clear, comprehensive technical requirements and user stories in Jira or Linear.
  • Deep familiarity with agile software development methodologies and working closely with remote engineering teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to defend prioritization decisions under pressure.
  • Experience conducting formal user research, usability testing, and translating raw feedback into product insights.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, Churn, LTV, and CAC.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting product vision to both engineers and C-level clients.
  • Familiarity with the operational challenges of field services, healthcare, or similarly complex industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
