Product Designer
You will design the functional interfaces that define Hubnest's products. You will transform complex data requirements and operational workflows into intuitive user experiences used daily in high-stress field environments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for complex enterprise operational platforms.
- Wireframe structural concepts to align product requirements with engineering constraints prior to visual execution.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Researchers to ensure all design decisions map to validated user data.
- Prototype complex micro-interactions and transitions in Figma to demonstrate intended user experiences to stakeholders.
- Conduct rapid usability testing sessions on early design iterations to validate assumptions before engineering handoff.
- Maintain and apply Hubnest's centralized design system library across every new component to ensure platform consistency.
- Ensure all final design deliverables adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines regarding color contrast and typography.
- Hand off documented design files to frontend engineering teams, detailing edge cases and error states.
- Present complex design concepts in weekly cross-functional critiques, defending UX decisions with empirical data.
- Analyze post-launch product analytics in Mixpanel or Amplitude to identify UX friction points and iterate designs accordingly.
- Audit live production environments to ensure engineering implementation matches approved Figma designs.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience executing end-to-end Product Design (UX/UI).
- 4+ years of daily, expert-level proficiency operating within Figma, including advanced auto-layout and complex component variants.
- 3+ years of verifiable experience designing data-dense interfaces for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- 2+ years of experience building, utilizing, and maintaining scalable enterprise design systems.
- 2+ years of experience applying WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards directly to production interfaces.
- 2+ years of experience utilizing unmoderated user testing platforms such as Maze or UserTesting to validate design hypotheses.
- 3+ years of experience creating advanced data visualizations including tables, charts, and dashboards.
- 2+ years of verifiable experience navigating complex design handoffs with remote frontend engineering teams.
- Strong visual design fundamentals encompassing grid alignment, typography hierarchy, and intentional whitespace.
- A comprehensive online portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, B2B systems thinking, and shipped production designs. Portfolio required.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
