Implementation Specialist
You are the technical orchestrator who transforms a signed contract into a fully operational reality. You will manage complex data migrations, configure customized platform environments, and train enterprise clients to use Hubnest products from day one.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation lifecycle for newly signed enterprise and civic accounts.
- Configure customized platform settings, user permission matrices, and operational workflows mapped directly to client requirements.
- Train end-users, field technicians, and executive administrators through tailored remote video sessions.
- Migrate complex historical datasets securely from legacy client CRMs into Hubnest's PostgreSQL databases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during the critical 90-day deployment window, coordinating with Tier 3 support.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to ensure all contractual deliverables and technical commitments are met on schedule.
- Document customized client deployment maps, data architecture, and integration points in the internal CRM.
- Monitor initial client usage analytics post-launch to identify lagging adoption and address it promptly.
- Facilitate API integrations between Hubnest platforms and the client's existing third-party technology stacks.
- Conduct formal platform sign-off and transition stabilized accounts to the ongoing Customer Success framework.
- Audit and refine internal onboarding standard operating procedures to reduce total Time-to-Value for future clients.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in B2B SaaS Technical Implementation, Technical Onboarding, or Solutions Delivery.
- 3+ years of experience managing complex software deployments for enterprise-tier clients or large civic organizations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing SQL to extract, clean, format, and validate complex client data migrations.
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting RESTful APIs and utilizing Postman to verify third-party integrations during onboarding.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing project management software such as Asana, Monday, or Jira to track implementation milestones.
- 2+ years of experience developing training materials and leading remote software training sessions for groups of 20 or more non-technical users.
- 2+ years of operational experience logging implementation metrics and notes within Salesforce.
- Close attention to detail regarding the handling, mapping, and security of sensitive legacy client data.
- Organizational skills with the proven ability to manage 5 to 10 simultaneous enterprise deployments.
- Ability to manage client expectations and hold external stakeholders accountable to hard project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or an equivalent technical field.
